This is, hands down, my favorite of your flavored honeys. I’d never had calamansi before and I ordered this many years ago. I came up with a homemade Creamsicle frozen yogurt recipe using this honey (with homemade yogurt, homemade creme fraiche, and a mix of citrus zest). Everyone loved it. And then the amazed calamansi honey disappeared and I was crushed! Thank you for bringing it back. I only wish I’d ordered even more jars. Please please please keep producing this honey. It’s sublime.
